CCS19 offers a wide variety of learning opportunities to attendees. In addition to our regular track sessions, Executive Summit, and Bonus Complaints Management Workshop, CCS19 is offering a variety of special events for networking, touring state-of-the-art call centers, and even just unwinding. HKT Call Center Tour: Sunday, April 14, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Ohio Chapter Happy Hour: Monday, April 15, 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm

SOCAP’s 17 chapters are a vital part of the organization. They provide local experiences for members and lend their expertise to the many SOCAP committees designed to build value for members. Since CCS19 is right in the Ohio chapter’s backyard, they are hosting an amazing Happy Hour on Monday, April 15, from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.  This happy hour will take place at Barley’s Brewing Company (467 N. High Street), just one block from the Hilton Columbus.

Social Finale: Tuesday, April 16, 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Anyone who has been to a SOCAP National Conference can tell you that the best way to wrap up several days of learning and networking is to attend the Social Finale. This event brings CCS19 to a close in a spectacular way, giving attendees one last chance to rub elbows with peers and executives in customer care from across the country.
